STEP 1 Raw Material Preparation

1. Preparation of raw material: drying, crushing, pelletizing

2. Transporting the pellets by conveyor belt direct to next module for processing

STEP 2 Processing Waste as Pellets

3. Inside the processing module a molecular disintegration process of the waste takes place in 2 steps : high temperature pyrolysis than mixed gasification

4. Hot Gas is generated

5. Gas is being cooled

6. Gas is being filtered and purified

7. Gas is being stored in pressured tanks ready for transport to customers.

STEP 3 Electricity production

To further produce electricity from waste the generated gas is being injected into our last module that includes 3 gas powered generators with 400KW each in order to obtain 1MWh of stabilized electricity to power 300-500 homes.

STEP 4 Hydrogen Production - Optional

If required by our customers our Waste2Energy plant can directly transforms and produce hydrogen at rates of 3 tone of waste to 300m3 of hydrogen
